  :ref:`dynare_sstate_file2rise <dynare_sstate_file2rise>` - Translate Dynare steady state files for RISE.
 
  This function serves as a wrapper for translating Dynare steady state files into
  a format compatible with RISE for solving Dynamic Stochastic General Equilibrium
  (DSGE) models. The function takes a Dynare steady state file as input and
  generates a function handle that RISE can utilize for solving the DSGE model.
 
  Syntax:
    `risefile = dynare_sstate_file2rise(dynfile)`
 
  INPUTS:
 
  - `dynfile` [char or function handle]: Dynare steady state file. If provided
    as a character array, it is converted to a function handle.
 
  OUTPUTS:
 
  - `risefile` [function handle]: RISE-compatible function handle for solving
    the DSGE model.
 
  Example:
  - Create a RISE-compatible function handle from a Dynare steady state file:
 
    ```matlab
    risefile = dynare_sstate_file2rise('NK_baseline_steadystate');
    ```
